Lolly Jane Boutique--Thank you!!!

Lolly Jane Boutique is so adorable! You have to go and check out their stuff! (click their logo above to go to their site!) They are twin sisters who specialize in vinyl lettering, and they so generously donated 75 vinyl decals with the word "hope" for the Relay for Life that I am helping out with! This year, we are making picture frames for the cancer survivor gifts with "hope" on them...and I think they will really like them! So THANK YOU Lolly Jane for your contribution! We really do appreciate it so much!!
I wanted to highlight a few of my favorite things on Lolly Jane. You could use this sweet board for so many things- hang jewelry from them, use as a dress up station for your little girl to hang costumes and tiaras on, use for keys at the front door, and so much more! I just love this cute idea!
This monogram picture frame is so dang cute! They put it with a baby gift- wouldn't a new mom just love this in their baby's room!?
I love this idea for a playroom! I might even use it:) So clever!
And I love the damask on this. So cute!
These girls are super duper talented! Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us for such a great cause! You rock!!

Donations PLEASE!

This year for the Relay for Life, we are giving the Cancer survivors picture frames in their gift bags, with the word "hope" in vinyl lettering. If you, or someone you know is willing to donate the vinyl lettering that says "hope", PLEASE let me know! We could use all the help we can get with gathering these. We want these survivors to have something special. Go HERE to check out what we did for them last year, and to learn more about the Relay for Life. If you donate, there is a little perk for you too- I will feature you and your work, and blog on She's Crafty!!

Craft Vendors for Relay for Life!

As you know, I have been involved with The Relay For Life, since a friend of mine past away from Cancer just over a year and a half ago. Some of my other friends are in charge of getting crafters to come as vendors, and sell their stuff so that the Relay is more fun! If you have something you sell, and would like to be a part of this great opportunity to help out, here are the details:

The event is Friday, June 26th at 5:00- 9 or 10. (you can choose when they leave.) You need to bring your own table and items would need to be in stock. If you run out of an item, you can take special orders for that, but need to try to have the items there. To participate it is $25 and 25% of your profits from the night. All the donations go to the American Cancer Society to raise money for cancer research and the majority of that money will stay directly here in Utah to the U and Huntsman. It also funds supportive services for those who are currently battling cancer- likes gives rides to chemo for people who don't have transportation, family support groups, and body image classes to help you deal with the changes your body goes through. You can go to relayforlife.org if you have more questions about Relay. Or can contact Melissa @ lissasissa@gmail.com

Help find the cure for Cancer!!

About a year and a half ago, my cute friend, Amy Greetham, passed away from cancer. She was only 22 years old. Many of my friends have participated in the Relay for Life, and I feel like I need to do my part in getting the word out about it. What is Relay For Life ?

So, you may be asking yourself (or at least you SHOULD be asking yourself:) "what can I do to help?" You can either DONATE to the cause of finding a cure for cancer, OR, you can donate products that you have made! IF YOU MAKE CARDS, THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU! I have been asked to help fill 60 of the cancer survivor's gift bags this year. I want to make it special for them! WE WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE ONE BLANK CARD FOR THE SURVIVORS TO WRITE A NOTE TO ONE PERSON WHO HELPED THROUGH THEIR RECOVERY! Also, we are including mini magnet boards, and are in need of cute magnets to give them! If you have magnets that you have made- or bought, we would love those too! If you have something you are willing to donate, PLEASE let me know!! rachellelaree@msn.com And a perk for YOU! If you donate to these gift bags, you will automatically be featured on She's Crafty- which means more traffic to your blog! Plus, you will get the satisfaction of knowing that you helped in a GREAT cause!!

We still need: 60 Magnets, 60 blank, handmade cards, and 60 cookies with a realy logo frosted on them- bakery must be in UT.

Our Senior year in High School, Amy was voted "Best Hair" in the year book. That is one thing that I always thought of when Amy was mentioned. Her gorgeous hair!!

Although her hair was gorgeous, she looked so beautiful without it, too! What a beautiful person she was!!
